There are 53 Family Units in the Parish.They are organized by family unit central committee and are divided into 16 blocks. Family unit meetings are conducted once in every month

This council is formed for the spiritual and cultural developement of the parish as a whole

Established in 2007 for the educational development of the Parish, especially of the students.

They are monitoring the Archdiocesam Education Fund in the Parish

This is a worldwide Catholic lay association which leads the Christian charity activities. St.Raphael's Conference of Vincent de Paul Society was established on 17th January, 1952. Food,Dress,Medicine,Education and Marriage help etc are distributed to poor people regularly.

(a) Our Lady of Mount Carmel Prasidium for men
Established on 14th December, 1991 by Fr.Joseph Kuttickal Prayer and Meeting on every wednesday 8.00 am.
Activities : House visiting, Hospital and Orphanage visiting, distributing Catholic Magazines.

Established on 18th January 1992. Prayer and meeting on every Saturday 8.00 am
Activities : Church cleaning ,Altar decoration,Cemetery cleaning,House visiting, Orphanage and Hospital visiting distributing Catholic Magazines.

(1)Christ, the King Convent ,Ponnurunny ( CTC )
Established in 1939.At present 20 sisters are members of the community. Main ministry is on education field. Over 3000 students learn in state syllabus from Nursery to high school. More than 100 teachers including 12 sisters work in the school. Another CBSE school from LKG to IV also function here. More than 90 students stay in the boarding and girls home attached to the convent. Sisters also help in the Parish Church for catechism classes, family visits, family unit meetings, various association meetings
(2)Suore Missionarie Dell Incarnazione ( SMI )
Established on April 17th,1989.At present 6 sisters are members of the community.They help in the Parish for catechism classes, family unit meetings, house visiting,children's units and guiding various assocaitions of the Parish They also prepare young girls for marriage by catechism classes. They clean the Church and holy dresses and decorate the altar. A nursery school and hostel for working women are attached to the convent.
